Refund policy

We're sorry if you are unhappy with your purchase and value your satisfaction. You may ship your item(s) back to us at your cost for a refund or equal exchange within 30 days of the order date. All undergarments and hosiery are FINAL SALE for sanitary reasons. If you would like to request to return or exchange an item please email us at exoticangelsboutique@gmail.com to request an RA#. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags. Shoes must be in original box which may not be used as the shipping box. By law we are not able to accept any returns on intimate items that have be worn. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.  Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
